These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.vatika.ai (the "Site"), including the Planter Store and AI Designer. The Site is owned and operated by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Vatika.ai (including the brand KarmYog Vatika) is owned and operated by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U82300WB2026PTC286957), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, and part of the KarmYog for the 21st Century group. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site showcases biophilic design and execution services, modular gardens, and planters offered under the KarmYog Vatika brand by JVL Management and Services Private Limited. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or scrape content without permission.

2. Intellectual Property

The Vatika.ai and KarmYog Vatika brands, associated marks, and all content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (or used with permission of group affiliates within KarmYog for the 21st Century) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Product listings, prices, and availability shown on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and receipt of payment (including payments processed via Razorpay). Custom design and execution engagements are governed by separate written proposals or agreements. 4. AI Designer & Chat Assistant

The AI Designer and chat assistant generate illustrative concepts and responses automatically. Outputs are for inspiration only and do not constitute professional advice, a design deliverable, or a binding quotation.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including social media and payment providers such as Razorpay). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JVL Management and Services Private Limited, its directors, employees, and group affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
